I ordered the telescopic-combination step ladder 4×3 on Monday 18th January,and it arrived Wednesday morning on 20th January. Very quick free delivery. The ladder was well packaged and made to a very high standard. It is excellent as a loft ladder and step ladder. Storage is no problem as it takes up very little space when folded up. It was the right choice for me.
