Overall we are satisfied with the ladder. HOWEVER we did find there were sharp metal splinters one almost every end of the ladder rungs around where they had been peined into the ladder uprights. I caught my finger on one causing it to bleed. I spent 30+ minutes removing the splinters before installing the ladder. Disappointed with the quality I expect better than this from Youngman.
