We offer a 14 day returns policy. This means that for the 14 calendar days following the delivery of any item from Sterk Systems, you can return your item, provided it is unused and in the original packaging.

Prompt delivery, but unfortunately there was some damage to the mini scaffold tower which probably occurred during delivery – manufacturer does not adequately protect for delivery. When complaining to Sterk, a replacement item was sent and received the next day without any quibbles. The product itself is excellant and Sterk Systems appeared to be the cheapest.
